I love to try new foods and that includes vegetables. A couple years ago I tried spaghetti squash for the first time and feel in love with this veggie. The hardest part of working with this squash is cutting it. Well a farmer friends of mine gave me a great tip, roast it first! All you need is aluminum foil and your squash. I suggest roasting it for about 45-50 minutes at 400 degrees. After it's roasted, let it sit for about 10-15 minutes to cool and then cut the squash, clean out the seeds and shred. It works great! Enjoy your spaghetti squash and comment below with your favorite squash dish.
