Pumpkin truffles

If you are looking for the perfect fall dessert that will wow your guests, check out these Pumpkin Truffles. They take three ingredients: pumpkin butter, cream cheese and vanilla wafers, then top with melted white chocolate and a pretzel stick for a stem. They taste like pumpkin and they'll have a cute pumpkin look to them.

6 c vanilla wafers (1 standard box)
8 oz cream cheese (1 block)
1 1/3 c pumpkin butter (I like Grandma Hoerner's, all the flavors are there for you!)

1 c white chocolate chips
6 pretzel sticks

Pulse your vanilla wafers in the food processor to break them into crumbs. Add in your cream cheese and pumpkin butter to make your truffle mixture. Chill in the fridge for 24 hours. Melt your white chocolate chips in a double broiler or in the microwave. If you do it in the microwave, stir every 30 seconds.

Create your truffles by rolling your mixture into small golf ball size pumpkins. Take the melted white chocolate and drizzle it on your pumpkins. Chill until you are ready to serve. Right before you serve, add your pretzel stick halves for stems. Enjoy!
