Chilled cucumber slices with creamy dill

If you are looking for a way to change up your party menu, try these easy cucumber slices.

2 large cucumbers (I leave the skin on to add more color)
8 oz whipped cream cheese
3 T chopped fresh dill
1 T salt
2 t garlic powder
2 t onion powder

Slice the cucumbers 1/4" to 1/2" thick, put the cucumbers in ice water to ensure they are crisp. Mix the remaining ingredients together and chill. When you are ready to serve, remove the slices from the water and pat dry. It's important that the cucumbers are dry, or else the mixture will not stick. Add the mixture to plastic bag. Cut the corner off the bag and then make swirls of the mixture on to each cucumber slice. Serve and enjoy!
