Delicious and tasty semi-homemade Cesar salad

We are big fans of Cesar salads in our house, and I found a few tips to making them quick and flavorful.

Ingredients
Rotisserie chicken
Olive oil & balsamic vinegar
Salt
Ciabatta bread
Asiago or Parmesan cheese
Roasted garlic chips

1. Make your own croutons. Use a great crusty bread, I like ciabatta from our local bakery Radina's Bakery. Cube it up and then toss it in good olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt and roasted garlic. Bake at 375 for 5-10 minutes until golden.

2. Chop up fresh, crunchy romaine lettuce. Make sure to chop the leaves too so there aren't any pieces that are too big. 

3. Rotisserie chicken helps make it quick. Take the chicken and shred it. Toss it in the good olive oil and good balsamic. A little goes a long ways with the high value oil and vinegar. Warm the chicken in the oven.

4. Build your salad. Add the lettuce, chicken and then add your favorite Cesar dressing. Again, a little goes a long ways, but you want the leaves lightly coated. Finally add slices of Parmesan or Asiago cheese and top with your croutons.
